Video: The Leaves on the Trees Go Whooosh!
We made a video of Sean Lotman and his son setting up the exhibtion.
Hello, walkers of Tokyo. We are midway through The Leaves on the Trees Go Whooosh! by Sean Lotman. Lately, the weather has been quite whoosh in Tokyo, too; perhaps it is a sign to experience gorgeous trees as captured by Sean. Those are read darkroom C-prints made for the exhibition.
Grab a hot coffee in a local coffee shop and walk around the gallery with a friend or two despite the silly weather (direct link to Google Maps).
The Video
The setup was a massive blast; Sean and his son, Tennbo, spent five to six hours setting up the exhibition. Lorenzon and I (Toto) took the opportunity to take a short video for Instagram, but Lorenzo did such a good job of editing it I thought it would be a shame not to share it here, too.
The video features interviews with Sean describing the premise and the message behind the exhibition. We hope you enjoy it.
Up Next
We are working on several projects we’ll announce in the upcoming weeks and months, alongside a new exhibition starting April 12. The announcement is coming in the next two weeks.
Meanwhile, here’s a tiny teaser of what’s to come quite soon. We’d also like to thank all those amazing people in the photo below who relentlessly support our gallery and effort to bring emerging artists to the streets of Tokyo.

(Yes, 90s-commercial-photo-shoot vibes are very much deliberate.)
New subscribers, hello! Thank you for your interest in our gallery and activities. If you read the above paragraphs and have no clue what all is about, look at the announcement of the exhibition below:

Stay tuned for the updates, and happy walking.
