THE CREATORS’ CLUB
Creators’ Clubは「アートは誰のものでもある」という共通の信念から生まれました。
Owlpaca StudioのアルトリアがJinny Sour展でロレンツォと出会った時、二人は創造性を遊び心にあふれ、オープンで、ルールに縛られないものにするという共通のビジョンを見出しました。
2024年10月の発足以来、クラブではJinnyの展覧会にインスパイアされた月例ワークショップを開催。アート愛好家や好奇心旺盛な人々が集い、成果を求めずストレスフリーでただ「作る喜び」のために創作する場を提供しています。
本展では、一年をかけたワークショップシリーズから生まれた作品を紹介します。どれも数時間で、身近な素材と想像力だけで制作されたもの。創造性に障壁はないという事実を思い出させてくれます——遊び方を知っているなら、あなたはすでに創造する方法を知っているのです。

Creators’ Club was born from a shared belief that art is for everyone.
When Altria of Owlpaca Studio met Lorenzo at the Jinny Sour exhibition, they discovered acommon vision: to make creativity playful, open, and free from rules.
Since launching in October 2024, the Club has hosted monthly workshops inspired by Jinny’s exhibitions—spaces where art lovers and curious minds gather to create without pressure or expectation, simply for the joy of making.
This exhibition celebrates the works born from those sessions—each crafted within just a few hours, using everyday materials and imagination. It’s a reminder that creativity has no barrier: if you know how to play, you already know how to create.

「THE CREATORS' CLUB」のオープニングイベントは、2025年12月12日18:30からJinny Street Galleryに隣接するアートスペース＆バー「NININI」（東京都渋谷区神宮前2丁目3-23）で開催されます。

1 Collage
Media: paper collage
Materials: old magazines, scissors, glue
Theme: various
When artist Yoshiaki Komatsu showcased his Bonsais made from broken-down ultra man toys at Jinny, we were astounded by his innovative approach to combining parts into a three-dimensional form. This inspired us to choose collage as the theme for our first workshop.
We prepared two sets of prompts: colors and adjectives. Participants then created their collages based on these prompts, expressing their creativity in their own unique ways.
１ コラージュ
メディア：紙のコラージュ

テーマ：さまざま
アーティスト・小松義明（TBC by Lorenzo）さんが、壊れたウルトラマンのおもちゃで作った盆栽をJinnyで展示した際、そのパーツを組み合わせて立体的なフォルムを作り出すという彼の革新的なアプローチに衝撃を受けました。これが、最初のワークショップのテーマを「コラージュ」に選んだきっかけです。
「色」と「形容詞」という2つのテーマを用意しました。参加者はこれらのテーマに基づいてコラージュを制作し、それぞれの創造性を独自の方法で表現しました。
2 Tangible Memories

What does photography mean to you? A snapshot of time, a memory suspended, a story untold? This workshop ran alongside the collective photo exhibition PUNCTUM at Jinny, blending photography with paints and brushstrokes.
Participants layered thoughts, colors, and lines onto printed photos, bringing to life the feelings captured in each moment. Digital albums are convenient, but doodling on physical prints brought back the memories of when each shot was taken—making them tangible once again.
2 Tangible Memories（形のある記憶）

テーマ：さまざま
写真とは何でしょう？ 一瞬、記憶、まだ語られていない物語……。このワークショップは、Jinnyで開催された共同写真展「PUNCTUM」と並行して行われ、写真と絵筆を組み合わせた表現に挑戦しました。
参加者はプリント写真に色や線、思いを重ね、写真に込められた感情を再び浮かび上がらせました。デジタル写真は便利ですが、紙の写真に描き込むことで、撮影した瞬間の記憶が手触りを伴ってよみがえりました。
3 Figure Drawing

Owlpaca Studio, one of the hosts of Creators' Club, started from the simple habit of sketching while people watching. Since 2023, they've been running fun, beginner-friendly life drawing workshops in Shanghai and have now brought the spirit of "pose, draw, play" to Tokyo. With hundreds of active members, Owlpaca Studio creates space for untrained artists, encouraging people to draw freely and without constraints.

3 フィギュアドローイング

テーマ：人物クロッキー
Creators’ Clubのホストの一つであるOwlpaca Studioは、2023年から上海で初心者向けの気軽なクロッキー会を開催してきました。「pose, draw, play」という精神をそのまま東京にも持ち込み、今では数百名のメンバーが自由に絵を描く場を育てています。
バインドを開いてページをめくると、同じモデルを描いてもこんなに表現が違うのか、と楽しめます。
4 Bottle Sculptures
Media: mixed media
Materials: empty bottles, egg cartons, paper clay, grounded coffee, capsule coffee pods, acrylic paints
Theme: various
This workshop drew inspiration from "The Life of Things" exhibition by Isaji Yugo, who transforms used plastic containers into bubbly sculptures.
Using empty beverage bottles, egg cartons, or anything destined for the trash as a base, we glued paper clay onto the surfaces to build sculptures. We added texture with ground coffee and color with acrylic paints. Recycled everyday objects came alive again.
4 ボトル・スカルプチャー

材料：空きボトル、卵パック、紙粘土、挽いたコーヒー、コーヒーカプセル、アクリル絵具
テーマ：さまざま
Isaji Yugo（TBC by Lorenzo）さんの「もののいのち」展に着想を得たワークショップです。彼は使い終わったプラスチック容器を膨らむような彫刻へと生まれ変わらせます。
私たちは空き容器や卵パックなど身近な“ごみ”を土台にし、紙粘土で形を作り、挽いたコーヒーで質感を、アクリル絵具で色を加えて、日用品に再び命を吹き込みました。
5 Frottage - City Mapping

Materials: rice paper, ink, puff stamp (you can make your own with chopsticks, cotton and a piece of cloth)
Theme: city
Created to accompany the Big City Bathing (森林浴) exhibition at Jinny, this workshop encouraged participants to see the city with fresh eyes. Using frottage—placing rice paper over textured surfaces and rubbing ink to reveal the shapes—we gathered patterns from our surroundings.
With cotton stamps, ink, and rice paper, we captured tree bark, metal fences, stone walls, sidewalks, and even a baby’s foot (his dad’s idea👶). Together, we assembled our own “city maps”: collages of impressions from the neighborhoods that inspired us.
5 フロッタージュ - 町のマッピング
メディア：和紙に墨のスタンプ
材料：和紙、墨、ポフスタンプ（割り箸・綿・布で自作可）
テーマ：街
Jinnyで開催された「Big City Bathing（森林浴）」展に合わせて行ったワークショップです。和紙を街の凸凹に当て、墨をこすって形を写し取る“フロッタージュ”で、街中のテクスチャーを集めました。
樹皮、金網、石壁、歩道、そしてなんと赤ちゃんの足形まで（お父さんのアイデア👶）。集めた模様を組み合わせ、参加者それぞれの“街の地図”ができあがりました。
6 Tile Painting

Theme: collaborative story telling
When Jinny and Kosugiyu collaborated on the Sento-themed exhibition Yu-Asobi, I visited Kosugiyu Harajuku for the first time. While bathing, I began thinking about the workshop theme. In a space full of naked strangers, I realized how magical Sento are: they skip the usual social steps and move straight into quiet intimacy, where people simply share space and accept one another.
I wondered—could we capture that same silent connection through tiles? Instead of painting tiles individually, participants painted in sequence, each one continuing or responding to the previous person’s work. The mural you see here is built from those tiles, a design shaped collectively—a truly co-created space.
6 タイル・ペインティング
メディア：タイルへのペイント
材料：釉薬タイル、陶芸用絵具
テーマ：ストーリーの共同創作
Jinnyと小杉湯が銭湯をテーマにした展覧会「湯遊び」を開催した際、私は初めて原宿の小杉湯を訪れました。湯船に浸かりながらテーマを考えていると、銭湯という場所の不思議さに気づきました。裸の他人同士が静かに空間を共有し、言葉もなく互いの存在を受け入れているのです。
その“静かなつながり”をタイルでも表現できないかと考えました。そこで、タイルを一枚ずつ独立して描くのではなく、前の人の作品を受けて描き継ぐ方式にしました。ここに展示されている壁画は、参加者みんなでつくり上げた共同作品です。
7 Mini Zine

Theme: dream neighbourhoods
During Kittyzilla’s exhibition at Jinny, we were inspired by her playful, cat-filled illustrations documenting Jingu 2-chome’s shopfronts and stories behind and invited her to collaborate on this zine workshop.
The zig-zag zine format came from a trip to Spain, where I needed a pocket-sized sketchbook. It takes only 10 minutes to assemble with cardboard and paper strips. For this workshop’s theme, “dream neighborhood,” participants sketched their favorite spots along the unfolding pages, then folded them into a compact, pocket-sized treasure box.
7 ミニZINE

テーマ：夢の近所
Jinnyで展示したKittyzillaさんの、猫をモチーフに神宮二丁目の商店街や物語を描いた作品に魅了され、今回のZINEワークショップでコラボすることになりました。
このジグザグZINEは、スペイン旅行中に「ポケットに入るスケッチブックが欲しい」と思ったことから生まれました。厚紙と紙の帯で10分ほどで作れます。「夢の近所」をテーマに、参加者は好きな場所を描き込み、それを折りたたんで小さな宝箱のようなZINEに仕上げました。
8 Sando Zine

Theme: various
Zines are small handmade booklets—creative spaces for stories and ideas that don’t usually get a spotlight. Made with simple materials like paper, pens, and glue, they’re scrappy, low-cost, and endlessly expressive.
For our second zine workshop, we made “Sando Zines”: stacked, sandwich-style booklets where layers became bread, cheese, and toppings. Each participant drew an abstract or concrete prompt and built their own “sandwich” around it. The results amazed us—each zine was lively, unique in structure, and full of its own story.

8 サンドZINE
メディア：紙の小冊子

テーマ：さまざま
ZINEは、誰でも自由に作れる小さなハンドメイドの冊子です。紙やペンなど身近な材料だけで作れ、主流メディアに載らない声やアイデアをのびのび表現できる場でもあります。
2回目のZINEワークショップでは、「サンドZINE」を制作しました。紙を重ねて“パン・チーズ・具材”に見立てるサンドイッチ形式の冊子です。参加者は抽象・具体いずれかのテーマを引き、その内容に合わせて自分だけの“サンド”を作りました。どれも個性的で、物語と構成が生き生きとした作品になりました。
